This module includes a root cause analysis feature. This feature helps users validate event information with investigative questions. Any findings designated as a root cause for the event will automatically generate one or more Corrective Action Plans. These Corrective Action Plans are specific to the situation and are designed to minimize future recurrences.

The MIDAS+ JRepository Event Reporting module can leverage valuable event data from MIDAS+ Care Management to enhance the root cause analysis.
