able to generate record selection rules using any combination of data fields to customize your care coordination
processes. SmarTrack provides the ability to automate existing processes and ensure that critical events are not
overlooked. From the corporate risk manager to the quality analyst to the case manager, SmarTrack monitors the
details and automatically produces notifications or reminders in the form of worklists when user-defined rules are
met.
